NOVEMBER 15TH - Harpers Ferry, West Virginia
Brett Morgan a new trail scout for PATC poses in his home-made 'trail scout outfit'. Brett has been a member for a month now and has already logged the amount of hours to become a permanent member. He spent his life working in landscaping and hopes to bring his knowledge of invasive plants to the table while working for PATC.
